Crosscut Pizza & Taphouse

Crosscut Pizza features artisan wood fired pizza and craft beers. This favorite SkyRun local taphouse sources many ingredients locally and has a casual, laid-back atmosphere.

Kathmandu Restaurant

Have a craving for something different? Kathmandu Restaurant serves authentic Nepalese and Indian dishes in a quaint and cozy setting. Loved by the locals, Kathmandu has a second restaurant in nearby Boulder.

Carousel of Happiness

The nonprofit Carousel of Happiness is a magical menagerie featuring 56 whimsical, hand-carved animals on a restored 1910 Looff carousel, turning to the music of a 1913 Wurlitzer band organ. Come experience this unique, participatory piece of folk art and become a part of its living history.

Wild Bear Mountain Ecology Center

Boulder County’s only non-profit nature center, located right next door to the Carousel, providing year round educational programs to people of all ages.  Informative and interactive.  Room rentals available.

Gross Resevoir

Boasting over 10 miles of shoreline, Gross Resevoir is a perfect place for canoeing, paddle-boarding, fishing, hiking, kayaking and picknicking!

Mining Museum & Gillespie House

Get a glimpse into the world of hard rock mining during the late 19th and early 20th centuries at the Mining Museum. The historic Gillaspie House, built in 1907, displays clothing, accessories, and furnishings found in typical early Nederland homes. Both are open 10am – 4pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The Museum is located at Bridge St on the Traffic Circle. The Gillaspie House is a block up Bridge.

Chipeta Park

Playground including toddler equipment, covered picnic area, fishing pond, Tungsten Trail.

Mud Lake

The perfect learning environment for naturalists of all ages, Mud Lake is a unique wildlife habitat in western Boulder County. Come share with your family the mystery and beauty of this high-altitude reflecting pool. Mud Lake is a great place to hike or snow shoe. The trail is easy for all ages and abilities.

Nederland Ice & Raquet Park

The ice rink is open December through February and is one of Colorado's larges outdoor rinks! Skate rentals are available and guests can enjoy playing hockey, curling or recreational skating. 
Tennis courts are open in the summer. 

Nature's Own

A unique science and nature store featuring fossils, minerals, handcrafted onyx and gemstone jewelry. 

B&F Mountain Market

Nederland's local grocery and convenience store. 

Indian Peaks Ace Hardware

Traditional hardware store with a friendly touch!  Carries fishing and camping supplies, sells game & fish licenses, and fills propane bottles.

Mountain Man Outdoor Store

Providing gear and information for many outdoor activities: hiking, backpacking, and camping, and also light archery, frisbee golf, gold panning, and much more!
